Shipping policy

UK Delivery
We ship UK orders via Royal Mail 24. Orders placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day, with delivery within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Free UK Delivery
Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £75. Orders under this threshold are charged our standard UK shipping rate at checkout.

International Delivery
We ship to the EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. All international orders are subject to local customs regulations, and any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days of being placed. Dispatch and delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand or around public holidays.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
All orders are shipped with tracking. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or you believe it may be lost, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Incorrect Delivery Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we can only arrange reshipment once the original parcel is returned to us. We recommend contacting your local post office to arrange redirection in the meantime.
